Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales on pricing, commercial terms, and complex deal structures.
  • Manage and streamline the quote-to-contract approval workflow while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Review order forms, contracts, and quotes for accuracy before customer delivery.
  • Ensure deals meet margin or MRR requirements and that discounting is properly justified.
  • Support guided selling by helping sales teams select the correct product bundles, SKUs, and required add-ons.
  • Audit custom deal terms such as non-standard payment terms, free trial clauses, and custom SLA commitments.
  • Reconcile technical scope documents with commercial quotes to ensure consistency between SOWs and order forms.
  • Provide CPQ troubleshooting and support to Sales reps, and partner with RevOps to keep pricing and discount rules current.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement process improvements and automation to reduce friction.
  • Act as the regional Deal Desk liaison for strategic LATAM-based partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; fluent Spanish is a big plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, pricing strategies, and contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to reconcile technical scopes (SOWs) with commercial quotes.
  • Previous experience using AI tools for process automation, such as Claude or Gemini.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve complex deal issues.
