Description

  • Collaborate with engineering, product operations, and local operations to operationalize new product enhancements.
  • Act as a key consultant on new product builds and provide input to align them with Warehousing as a Service partner needs.
  • Coordinate and track product initiatives, including status updates, documentation, and deadline management.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and quickly identify and resolve blockers.
  • Own logistics and coordination for initiative rollouts to local sites, including communication strategy and pilot result assessments.
  • Collect and organize user feedback, support tickets, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze initiative outcomes and recommend process improvements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams on how new technical components will affect partners and site-level operators.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in strategy, engineering, consulting, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong cross-functional experience working on projects spanning multiple teams, including external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs across stakeholders such as site operators and engineers.
  • Experience performing data analysis regularly and interpreting data to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Experience using SQL, inventory systems, and internal databases.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or business.
  • Preferred familiarity with Warehousing as a Service or similar operational launch environments.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for managing project execution across teams.
