Description

  • Lead onboarding and integration projects for complex North American enterprise accounts from scoping and planning through go-live and beyond.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to agreed timelines, deliverables, and communication cadences.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans for multi-market, multi-stakeholder implementations.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks while removing blockers before they affect clients.
  • Ensure integrations satisfy agreed client use cases and that custom-built work is fully documented with alerting and maintenance in place.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and commercial enterprise stakeholders.
  • Run client meetings with clear agendas, structured talk tracks, and timely follow-up.
  • Provide regular project status and client sentiment updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary Professional Services contact for North American CS, Sales, and Solutions Architecture teams.
  • Improve delivery processes, contribute to team training and onboarding, and share client insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical project management experience in an enterprise SaaS organisation.
  • Proven experience delivering complex integrations for large, multi-stakeholder clients, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or MarTech.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs, data feeds, and system integrations.
  • Ability to debug, document, and communicate technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Credibility and comfort working with senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management discipline, including detailed planning and accurate risk management.
  • Retail and ecommerce fluency with the ability to translate platform capabilities into commercial outcomes.
  • Highly organised, accountable, and able to manage a complex portfolio independently.
  • Must reside in New York or Massachusetts and be eligible to work in a limited number of US states.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement, training, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
