Description

  • Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities aligned with project objectives.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for scope, schedule, and budget with clients, contractors, and the project team.
  • Develop project proposals and budgets, review costs, and track budget performance.
  • Manage change requests and apply risk management techniques to reduce financial impact.
  • Organize and lead routine project meetings to align expectations and performance.
  • Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Document project deliverables and maintain records, correspondence, design plans, and project files.
  • Mentor team members on project management best practices.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or planning.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project experience in an applicable field or discipline with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations through project management activities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent client service orientation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to generate innovative and effective solutions to complex problems.
  • High level of organization, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively on a team.
  • Keen interest in various engineering disciplines, particularly within the industrial sector.
