Description

  • Support the planning, routing, documentation, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, especially autoimmune-related projects.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide project management support for conferences, virtual events, and brand-level initiatives such as newsletters, video development, thought leadership, PR, collateral updates, and social media campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understand needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead marketing operations projects and ensure milestones are met while resources are allocated effectively.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for cross-functional teams including Strategy, Content, Design, Conferences, Production, and Lead Generation.
  • Manage day-to-day task tracking in Asana or similar tools and maintain visibility across teams.
  • Support corporate marketing budget forecasting, planning, and invoicing activities.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, capture notes, and provide follow-up recaps and action items.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and technology teams and promote operational alignment and data privacy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing and project management tools such as Workfront, HubSpot, Asana, Trello, Google Analytics, and general CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear, concise reports and communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Experience supporting large multi-channel campaigns or working in healthcare/life sciences, preferred.
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment, preferred.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms, preferred.
  • Solid understanding of marketing workflows, routing processes, and production timelines, preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of CAD 76,400 to 114,600 per year, based on experience.
  • Remote work location indicated by #LI-Remote.
