Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
  • Plan, deploy, monitor, and maintain AWS and Alibaba Cloud services.
  • Design highly available, auto-scaling cloud architectures and optimize network, storage, and compute configurations.
  • Implement full-stack monitoring and alerting with cloud-native and open-source observability tools.
  • Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive actions.
  • Analyze cloud usage and reduce costs through reserved capacity, autoscaling, storage lifecycle policies, and quota management.
  • Implement cloud security baselines, conduct security audits, and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Design granular access controls and enforce database auditing practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application architectures and deliver cloud-native solutions.
  • Document operational procedures and lead internal technical training sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations experience, including at least 3 years in public cloud environments.
  • Experience managing 100+ instances in AWS or Alibaba Cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of core AWS or Alibaba Cloud services, with familiarity in the other platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows system operations.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Shell, Python, and Ansible.
  • Experience with containerized operations and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, ACK, and Service Mesh.
  • Experience building cloud platforms from scratch, designing hybrid cloud architectures, or leading large-scale migration projects is preferred.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills to work across operations, development, testing, and security teams.
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Current right to work in Singapore is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
