Description

  • Work closely with technical leads, liquidity managers, and product managers on strategy discussions, solution design, implementation, and production rollout.
  • Own the strategy production environment, including feature development and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Continuously improve strategies to make them more stable, scalable, robust, and capable of auto-recovery for 24x7 crypto trading.
  • Run projects with a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure and the broader product and business context across offshore and onshore markets.
  • Collaborate with liquidity managers to develop strategies using an in-house strategy toolkit.
  • Manage inventory and risk for applications as part of the role's scope.
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to deliver technical and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid STEM education background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve tricky problems independently.
  • Passion for the crypto industry and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Solid experience in FX trading systems or execution algo trading systems is a strong plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and liquidity managers.
