Description

  • Build and maintain features across the TP2.0 platform, including React microfrontend screens, TypeScript serverless Lambdas, and Fastify services.
  • Contribute to shared TypeScript libraries used by both frontend and backend, including the C# code-generation pipeline.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Playwright, and K6.
  • Develop and deploy infrastructure changes with Terraform across AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, and Secrets Manager.
  • Participate in GitLab CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, including security scanning and Terraform deployments.
  • Collaborate with architects and product teams to evolve async job patterns, calculation service APIs, and data layer abstractions.
  • Use AI coding assistants effectively by writing precise prompts, reviewing generated code critically, and applying outputs in a large existing codebase.
  • Maintain and improve the legacy ASP.NET Framework 4.7.2 application during migration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Node.js (v18+).
  • 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • 5+ years of experience working with React 18 and modern React patterns such as hooks, context, and query management.
  • Working knowledge of C# / .NET, ideally including modern .NET 10 and legacy .NET Framework 4.7.2.
  • Experience working with AWS Lambda and API Gateway, including serverless handlers via AWS SAM / CloudFormation.
  • Experience working with Fastify v5 and building RESTful APIs with TypeBox schema validation and Swagger documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS, including module-based architecture, TypeORM, JWT auth, and Swagger.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, including schema management, query optimization, and TypeORM migrations.
  • Experience working with AWS SDK v3 services such as S3, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, SNS, and Athena.
  • Proficiency in microfrontend architecture and experience with single-spa or similar composition patterns.
  • Solid understanding of MobX / MobX-State-Tree and TanStack React Query for state and server-state management.
  • Practical knowledge of AG Grid Enterprise and/or SpreadJS.
  • Experience with Styled-components and Webpack 5.
  • Competency with Terraform and writing and maintaining AWS infrastructure modules.
  • Background in Docker / Docker Compose.
  • Experience working with GitLab CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with AWS SAM CLI and LocalStack for local Lambda/DynamoDB development.
  • Demonstrated ability with Jest, Playwright, and K6 for unit, integration, E2E, and load/performance testing.
  • Experience with Stryker mutation testing is a plus.
  • Experience with MSW for API mocking in frontend tests.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and one or more AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
  • Ability to use AI assistants effectively in a large, multi-repo codebase, including context management, prompt engineering, and critically evaluating generated output.
  • Comfort using AI tools for test generation, refactoring, documentation, and code review augmentation.
  • Awareness of security and IP considerations when using AI tools with proprietary codebases.
  • Advanced English level is required for this role because you will work with US clients.
