Description

  • Design and implement user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies to support global P2P business growth and trading volume targets.
  • Use business scenarios and data analysis to improve growth and conversion strategies across markets.
  • Understand global P2P market characteristics and address user needs and pain points in different regions.
  • Improve product usability and overall user experience through operational and strategic changes.
  • Build and maintain a user risk control and quality management system.
  • Establish standardized user operations mechanisms and identify high-risk user profiles.
  • Refine and upgrade risk control models based on operational insights.
  • Develop a comprehensive business funnel data analysis framework.
  • Track industry and market trends and turn findings into analytical reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide guidance for product upgrades and broader business direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 7+ years of experience in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency-related industries preferred.
  • Extensive operations management experience preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple global markets preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong teamwork, responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • High initiative, strong execution, and good industry awareness.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not expected.
