Description

  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Director of Recruiting Operations on hiring plan feasibility, health, and execution.
  • Develop and own recruiting forecast and capacity models aligned with FP&A and recruiting operations.
  • Lead hiring forecast development to inform role activation, deferral, and capacity reallocation decisions.
  • Establish and maintain recruiting bandwidth standards and analyze capacity gaps for senior stakeholder discussions.
  • Conduct audits and root-cause analysis across the recruiting lifecycle to identify friction points and their impact on hiring velocity.
  • Analyze activation dates and historical time-to-fill data to produce start-date and resource allocation projections.
  • Act as an internal consultant on hiring efficiency, resource allocation, and process improvements.
  • Lead feasibility reviews for strategic hiring initiatives and advise on required resources.
  • Participate in regular cross-functional meetings with FP&A, HRBPs, and Recruiting Leadership to align on hiring plans.
  • Use data-driven storytelling to influence senior leadership and drive accountability across the business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical and consultative role such as Management Consulting, Recruiting Operations, FP&A, or Workforce Strategy.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building complex multi-scenario models.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear executive summaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations and strategic pivots.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and headcount management.
  • Experience in a high-growth corporate environment.
  • Direct experience in headcount reconciliation and financial planning (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the full recruiting lifecycle and talent acquisition systems such as Greenhouse or Workday (preferred).
  • Experience professionalizing an operational framework from prototype to global standard (preferred).
