Description

  • Lead production operations for a product line and manage a team of production technicians.
  • Drive daily production goals by managing production plans and meeting on-time delivery targets.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are followed to reduce defects and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop production technicians, including cross-training and professional growth.
  • Implement 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Communicate production priorities, progress, risks, and resource needs to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support delivery and operational goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior production management role.
  • Proven experience with ERP and MES systems.
  • Strong understanding of NPI, Lean manufacturing, and change management (ECOs).
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
