Description

  • Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business and drive their implementation.
  • Build growth strategies by combining business scenarios with data analysis to improve usability and user experience across markets.
  • Understand global P2P market characteristics and address user needs and pain points in each market.
  • Build and maintain a user risk control and quality management system, including standardized user operations mechanisms.
  • Identify high-risk user profiles through risk control strategies and refine risk control models.
  • Maintain a business funnel data analysis framework and produce regular analytical reports and actionable strategies.
  • Track industry and market trends to guide product upgrades and business direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 7+ years of experience in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency-related industries preferred.
  • Extensive operations management experience preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple global markets preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
  • Strong industry awareness, with a proactive, self-driven, and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong logical thinking, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to perform well under pressure.
