Description

  • Proactively source and recruit new affiliates, VIP traders, crypto communities, and influencers in Romania.
  • Manage partnerships end-to-end, from initial outreach through ongoing relationship ownership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP partners and affiliates to support mutual growth.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase content production, trading volume, new user acquisition, and active transactions through affiliate channels.
  • Initiate and participate in partner meetings to expand cooperation locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with the product team by sharing market insights to improve product offerings and attract qualified users.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market gaps to refine partnership and growth strategies.
  • Use knowledge of trading, crypto markets, regulations, and key players to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian.
  • Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance, or trading industry, especially in Romania.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and guide strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Eastern European region.
  • Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams is preferred.
  • Previous experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other Eastern European languages is a strong plus.
