Description

  • Develop growth activities and consumer task products to boost user engagement and retention.
  • Enhance the B2B platform and data analytics capabilities to improve internal operations and efficiency.
  • Define and execute channel growth strategies across SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to align platform capabilities with channel-specific growth levers and funnel requirements.
  • Identify high-potential channel opportunities and build product features that improve channel performance at scale.
  • Evaluate campaign and task performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Prioritize product capabilities to align with global market user growth strategies.
  • Build operational best practices to scale the adoption and effectiveness of growth activities.
  • Work closely with Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, Trading, and Listing teams to create growth synergies.
  • Keep up with market trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth activity, mega sale, personal task, loyalty system, and platform products.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through innovative product solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, user research, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects and manage cross-team dependencies in a dynamic organization.
  • Experience with SEO and/or ASO strategy, including keyword optimization, app store listing optimization, and organic growth levers (nice to have).
  • Current right to work in Singapore; candidates who require visa sponsorship are not prioritized.
