Description

  • Own the technical architecture and delivery of the Android/iOS Trading Bot codebase.
  • Contribute to the Copy Trading experience across mobile platforms.
  • Lead large-scale technical initiatives such as Kotlin/Swift-to-Rust/UniFFI migration and modularization.
  • Improve code quality, stability, performance, and binary compatibility across shared repositories.
  • Reduce crash, ANR, and startup performance hotspots.
  • Join product requirement discussions and shape technical solutions.
  • Partner with product and business teams to drive the Trading Bot roadmap and growth features.
  • Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and raise the team’s technical capabilities.
  • Explore and help integrate AI into product and engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping production Android/iOS applications.
  • Deep Kotlin expertise and strong knowledge of multi-module architecture.
  • Experience with dependency and binary-compatibility constraints.
  • Strong understanding of platform performance, including ANR, crash, startup, and memory optimization.
  • Proven track record of leading mid- to large-scale projects end to end.
  • Ability to set technical direction and translate it into roadmap and revenue outcomes.
  • Client-side experience at a crypto exchange, brokerage, or fintech app.
  • Familiarity with core trading domains such as order placement, market data, and asset management.
  • Experience with trading bots, grid or DCA strategies, perpetuals/derivatives, copy trading, or market-making and arbitrage is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Rust, UniFFI/FFI, Swift, or Objective-C is a plus.
  • Experience with AI engineering, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with APM, tracing, and crash/ANR triage at scale is a plus.
