Description

  • Define the growth product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities across key markets.
  • Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems.
  • Conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build fraud-resistant growth systems and product-level guardrails against abuse, bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming.
  • Drive cross-functional execution in a fast-moving, globally distributed organization.
  • Use AI-native tools, LLMs, and automation to speed up analysis, prototyping, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks for different markets and regulatory environments.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years owning growth, user acquisition, or activation.
  • Experience in a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs with measurable user or revenue impact.
  • Strong product intuition for identifying and removing friction in user experiences such as signup flows and incentive loops.
  • Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, making fast decisions, and course-correcting quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations.
  • Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
  • Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows and integrating them into product development processes.
