Description

  • Participate in product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for the AI-native engineering platform.
  • Drive continuous product evolution and adoption across the organization.
  • Translate end-to-end engineering lifecycle scenarios into structured product solutions for product, design, engineering, QA, and operations teams.
  • Implement AI Agent capabilities for engineering use cases such as requirement analysis, solution generation, coding collaboration, test generation, environment orchestration, and knowledge accumulation.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge platforms.
  • Establish mechanisms to evaluate product effectiveness and gather user feedback.
  • Continuously optimize the product based on validation results and user input.
  • Support the product’s transition from pilot validation to broad organizational rollout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant extracurricular experience may be considered.
  • A background in Software Engineering or Computer Science is required to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with mainstream AI coding products such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot.
  • Hands-on experience or product understanding of context engineering, knowledge input, tool integration, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and governance considerations.
