Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-powered Investigations product portfolio.
  • Identify and embed AI, machine learning, and automation into investigative workflows.
  • Translate customer problems, market opportunities, and business objectives into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability research, competitive analysis, and market validation.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver intelligent product capabilities from concept through launch.
  • Define success metrics and use product analytics, model performance data, and customer feedback to improve the product.
  • Work with SpyCloud Labs and Investigations teams to operationalize cybercrime data, analytics, and AI models into customer-facing features.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering on launches and adoption of new features.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for investigations and AI capabilities with customers, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor other product managers and help advance portfolio cohesion across graphical and programmatic interfaces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including enterprise SaaS products.
  • 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience using OSINT and darknet data.
  • Experience leading product strategy and roadmap development for complex technical platforms.
  • Experience with product launches and evangelism in a leadership role alongside go-to-market teams.
  • Experience building products for cybersecurity, fraud prevention, digital identity, threat intelligence, investigations, or related security domains.
  • Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products or features with data science teams.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and data science teams from concept through launch.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise and government customers.
  • Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, digital investigations, identity intelligence, or threat intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, fraud operations, or SOC workflows.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning to investigative, security, or analytics workflows.
  • Knowledge of identity security, account takeover, malware ecosystems, credential theft, or criminal underground marketplaces.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, MCPs, data platforms, search technologies, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture and modern software development practices.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret product analytics, model performance data, and customer usage data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment.
  • Occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events, and internal planning sessions.
  • Currently holds or is capable of obtaining top secret security clearance from the US federal government.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted user experiences in enterprise products.
