Description

  • Lead and grow a global team of GSI professionals, supporting their development and career growth.
  • Define and execute Okta's global strategy and go-to-market plans for Global System Integrator partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with GSIs and enterprise customers to drive meaningful revenue and influence.
  • Manage GSI growth levers by developing strategic partnerships and commitments to build Okta practices.
  • Operate in a global-to-local model—run business activity while identifying regional strategy, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Align and collaborate with Direct and Indirect theater leadership, cross-functional teams, and partner executive leadership.
  • Establish business cadence and manage activity and performance against outcomes, including strategy justification and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading and scaling a team for a hyper-growth SaaS and/or security company.
  • Proven track record of orchestrating high-value GSI alliances that consistently exceed strategic growth and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in evolving partner programs and leading market-entry initiatives across global markets.
  • Strength in executive communications, with experience presenting strategy and performance metrics to C-level and Board audiences.
  • Deep relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC (required for consideration).
  • Experience developing global strategic approaches and commitments to build partner practices.
  • Experience managing go-to-market execution, business cadence, and performance measurement for partner ecosystems.

  • Annual On-Target Compensation (OTE) range $420,000–$577,500 (for candidates in specified U.S. states).
