Description

  • Serve as the central point of communication among project team members, stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and customers.
  • Organize project team efforts around statements of work, clear deliverables, and approved project charters.
  • Develop and maintain Gantt charts, work breakdown structures, and project status reporting materials.
  • Manage contracting vehicles, project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and related risk mitigation activities.
  • Coordinate with finance and the project controller to report on project budgets and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance to verify requirements, accept deliverables, and document non-conformances.
  • Track corrections, manage changes, and update project impacts related to quality or performance issues.
  • Maintain accountability for milestones and support a culture of transparency, ownership, and teamwork.
  • Monitor project performance and escalate resource needs through leadership sponsorship when required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical or industrial project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or 4-8 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with project management software, including Primavera and MS Project.
  • Technical management experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance standards.
  • Experience in startups and/or resource-constrained environments is highly desired.
  • Nuclear experience in design, construction, commissioning, or operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lockhart, Texas for the duration of the project.
  • Remote employees must travel to headquarters in Santa Clara, CA twice per quarter, and be in person for the first two weeks of onboarding.
  • Must meet U.S. person export control requirements.
