Description

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape requirements, features, and the product roadmap.
  • Create product plans and roadmap items for two product development pods.
  • Produce feature specifications and review product requirements documents (PRDs).
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features quickly and with efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate new and upcoming features internally and externally through product marketing announcements, webinars, and demos.
  • Review and edit product documentation and release notes.
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Track product usage and impact on end users.
  • Make recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
  • Co-develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager for products used by Software Engineers, Data Professionals, or ML Engineers.
  • Relevant experience in product design and engineering may be considered in lieu of formal product management experience, with product management courses or certifications.
  • Proficiency with modern AI tooling such as agentic coding, MCP servers, and AI platform building.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing a product through its lifecycle.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote-first organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Prior experience as a software developer is preferred.
  • Experience in data protection or data governance is preferred.
  • Genuine passion for data privacy and governance.
