Description

  • Build a holistic view of how revenue flows through the business from marketing through customer success to financial outcomes.
  • Analyze funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor GTM KPIs and financial metrics to track the levers that influence growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain revenue and operational models covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn/retention, and unit economics.
  • Support ongoing forecasts and executive reporting to provide visibility into performance versus expectations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and deliver concise explanations and recommendations to leaders.
  • Prepare investor and board reporting with accurate financial results and key business metrics.
  • Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
  • Evaluate pricing, packaging, GTM investments, and strategic initiatives through quantitative impact analysis.
  • Partner across functions to improve decision velocity, execution, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, finance, revops, analytics, or a related cross-functional role.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced modeling and data interpretation ability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clarity.
  • Experience with CRM/reporting systems and BI tools.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
  • Foundational understanding of financial statements, SaaS economics, and modeling logic is a nice to have.
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.
