Description

  • Engineer, stabilize, and monitor the CI/CD platform, including incident response, capacity planning, and infrastructure management.
  • Design and standardize deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and integrate build, test, and deployment automation.
  • Integrate CI/CD systems with agency tools such as GitHub, Nexus/Artifactory, and ServiceNow.
  • Manage AWS infrastructure across services such as ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, and ECS Fargate.
  • Build infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and/or CDK.
  • Enhance DevSecOps capabilities, including SBOM generation, SCA, dependency vulnerability management, and IaC scanning.
  • Automate compliance workflows through OSCAL integration and ATO evidence collection.
  • Monitor systems and logging using CloudWatch.
  • Explore AI/ML tooling for vulnerability prioritization and automated code review.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipeline engineering.
  • Proficiency with GitHub Actions and CloudFormation and/or CDK.
  • Containerization experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS Fargate.
  • Solid Linux administration and scripting skills in Python or Bash.
  • Familiarity with OSCAL, RMF, and ATO processes.
  • Experience with software supply chain security, including SBOM, SCA, and dependency scanning.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance may be required.
  • SEC or federal agency experience is a plus.
  • Comfort working remotely with strong async communication habits.
