Description

  • Design, build, optimize, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across multiple departments and application types.
  • Own and administer the GitHub platform, including governance, security, and operational best practices.
  • Build and standardize deployment pipelines for .NET applications.
  • Provision, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code practices.
  • Lead the consolidation of disparate CI/CD workflows and bring order to the existing pipeline landscape.
  • Support cloud integration and deployment automation for banking workloads.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on infrastructure and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting complex CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
  • Proven experience administering GitHub, including permissions, security policies, runners, and enterprise features.
  • Strong practical experience building pipelines for .NET applications.
  • Solid experience with cloud providers, with strong preference for Azure or alternatively AWS.
  • Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • GitHub Foundations certification.
  • GitHub DevOps Pipelines certification.
  • Experience with advanced monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or Grafana (preferred).
  • Knowledge of banking compliance, security standards, and secrets management (preferred).
  • Official Azure certifications such as DevOps Engineer Expert or AWS certifications (preferred).
