Description

  • Manage TechOps systems and infrastructure, including PXE servers, proxies, OS deployment, CCTV systems, and physical access control.
  • Provide hands-on triage and technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS devices.
  • Implement, manage, and support network infrastructure such as UniFi routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications to maintain performance and availability.
  • Proactively identify, resolve, and help prevent technical issues, incidents, and outages to minimize downtime.
  • Perform system administration tasks including server configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Conduct IT security audits and implement measures to protect infrastructure and data.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve scalability and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to TechOps team members and collaborate with external vendors to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience as an IT engineer in a managerial or similar role.
  • 5+ years of team management experience.
  • Experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Linux administration, including imaging, patch management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with mobile device management tools; JumpCloud is a plus.
  • Experience administering Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, and other enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Experience with single sign-on for corporate SaaS applications.
  • Experience or knowledge of Squid proxy, PXE, scripting, and automation.
  • Experience in project management, documentation, and asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of systems administration, networking, and UniFi infrastructure management.
  • Understanding of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Understanding of CCTV and biometrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and travel to the Noida/Gurgaon office.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus.
  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity, willingness to learn, and a hands-on leadership style.
