Description

  • Identify AI opportunities across the organization by evaluating existing processes and workflows.
  • Redesign workflows using an AI-first approach to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems and workflows end to end.
  • Move AI initiatives from idea to prototype to production deployment.
  • Work across functions to drive adoption of AI-driven solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI use cases.
  • Define scalable standards for model selection, orchestration, system design, integrations, tooling, and frameworks.
  • Ensure AI systems are reliable, secure, production-ready, and compliant.
  • Establish standards for output quality, evaluation, hallucination control, and data handling.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate AI opportunities into practical implementations.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in applied AI, ML, or data systems.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling AI systems in production.
  • Strong ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Comfort operating across strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience driving cross-functional transformation at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend logic.
  • Experience building or contributing to RAG pipelines, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
  • Hands-on exposure to automation workflows such as n8n or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of NLP or document processing systems.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP for deploying AI solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of MLOps or LLMOps concepts such as deployment, monitoring, and versioning is a plus.
