Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close for assigned regional accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, sales operations, sales engineering, solutions, operations, product, and leadership.
  • Communicate, track, and report the status and requirements of each sales opportunity in line with management standards.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members who support regional prospecting and sales activities.
  • Apply established sales frameworks in a systematic approach to selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive client presentations that align multiple stakeholders in the buying process.
  • Drive individual quota attainment and contribute to company sales goals and objectives.
  • Travel domestically overnight up to 25% as needed for the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of selling experience.
  • 6+ years of solution/value selling experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven success hunting and selling into new logo accounts.
  • Experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Strong experience selling complex SaaS-based software solutions into the fintech or financial services vertical.
  • Ability to work remotely while being based on the West Coast.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning on the go.
  • Preferred: experience working at a hypergrowth startup, 2+ years in fintech or financial services, and value selling experience with API platforms.
