Description

  • Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings to build strong relationships and support change management with mortgage clients.
  • Identify opportunities to adjust client processes and expand Ocrolus usage within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the assigned customer base.
  • Coordinate with teammates on the same account to deliver consistent service.
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner.
  • Communicate client needs, goals, and feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support prospective client efforts.
  • Manage multiple client relationships concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records of client transactions and track account metrics.
  • Support forecasting, strategic planning, sales support, product training, client service, project management, and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of mortgage experience and knowledge of mortgage-related processes.
  • Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to communicate client needs effectively to internal teams.
  • Ability to influence process change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Strong understanding of API-based work (preferred).
  • B2B fintech experience (preferred).
  • Experience at a hypergrowth startup (preferred).
  • Previous use of Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience with failure and the ability to course correct (preferred).
