Description

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
  • Support senior account managers with account planning and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to meet client needs.
  • Track account performance and prepare reports and insights for clients and leadership.
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and renewal documentation.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive account success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, B.Tech, or MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of account management or customer success experience in SaaS with enterprise clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B US client management.
  • 2+ years of experience using Google Suite or MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of experience with analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to communicate client needs clearly to internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously with strong negotiation, listening, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Bonus points for API-based work, B2B fintech experience, hypergrowth startup experience, or Salesforce experience.
