Description

  • Deliver high-level customer experience and technical assistance to customers and partners.
  • Manage multiple customer requests, inquiries, and issues with varying complexity and priority.
  • Own complex customer scenarios by coordinating with engineering, product management, and sales.
  • Support customer onboarding and enablement so users understand and can integrate the platform into daily workflows.
  • Improve customer understanding and platform usage through documentation, guides, and product training.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support and enablement through new processes, tools, or product prototypes.
  • Create and deliver Account Health Checks and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product management and engineering.

Requirements

  • Experience in a cybersecurity role, especially within cloud and SaaS security.
  • Strong communication skills combined with technical depth to act as a field-facing technical ambassador.
  • Experience building and managing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while delivering results.
  • Experience administering and configuring SaaS applications such as Google Workspace/GSuite, O365, Okta, or Duo.
  • Experience interacting with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
  • Understanding of common web authentication methods such as tokens, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solution stacks.
  • Python software engineering experience is a definite plus.
  • Experience in incident response, threat triage, log analysis, and data correlation is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers, up to 5% of the time.
  • Preference for candidates located on the West Coast, US.
  • 100% remote role.
