Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major incidents across multiple core production systems and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Lead incident response, bridge calls, and escalations to restore service as quickly as possible.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Dev, and Product teams during incident management and resolution.
  • Provide real-time internal and external communications to leadership and stakeholders during major incidents.
  • Log incidents and maintain accurate documentation and KPI reporting.
  • Conduct post-incident root cause analysis and drive long-term preventative solutions.
  • Support change control and other ITSM processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing incidents in the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and service management best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with monitoring and analytical tools such as Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, or Splunk is an advantage.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification or other relevant ITSM certifications is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required.
