Description

  • Support the development and implementation of a global People Services strategy for efficient, scalable, and consistent service delivery.
  • Lead the design and improvement of People Services workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Translate HR operational requirements into scalable digital workflows, user-centric processes, and automation opportunities.
  • Use data and service insights to identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize People Services processes.
  • Partner with ServiceNow developers, product owners, technology teams, and the HRIS team to improve digital HR service delivery.
  • Engage regional stakeholders to drive process consistency and support global process improvement efforts.
  • Maintain process maps, knowledge bases, and employee, manager, and People Ops documentation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex process issues and support team members in resolving challenges.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the People Services team.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR Operations or People Services experience in a global or multi-region environment within a high-growth or matrixed organization.
  • Experience translating HR operational requirements into system workflows, user stories, and automation opportunities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, including case management, knowledge management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Track record of improving HR service efficiency through digital tools, workflow optimization, and automation.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms such as HiBob or Workday.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions in a matrixed environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English written and spoken fluency, as it is the primary working language.
