Description

  • Promote and sell Nutrafol products to prospects and accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue, market share, and account penetration.
  • Deliver approved marketing materials and field-based promotions to support product growth.
  • Provide customer-centric service, relationship management, and follow-up to practices and providers.
  • Coordinate physician training programs, practice enhancement in-services, and open houses.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with leadership, coworkers, and assigned accounts.
  • Participate in company sales meetings, district calls, regional calls, and other business meetings.
  • Manage expenses responsibly and submit business-related expenses in a timely manner.
  • Upsell the product portfolio and identify new product champions within accounts.
  • Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
  • Attend local and national trade shows to represent Nutrafol and generate new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 6 years of proven field sales experience with a record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Preferred experience selling medical, surgical, or pharmacologic products to healthcare practitioners in the aesthetic space.
  • Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning clinical and product expertise.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the organization grows and expands.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand, create, and seize market opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must reside in DC, MD, or DE and have a car for weekly travel in the market.
  • Must maintain the highest level of ethical character and integrity.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
