Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for institutional and professional clients across U.S. exchange products.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional market participants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, including onboarding, relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with product, legal, and compliance teams to structure client agreements and launch tailored solutions.
  • Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap priorities.
  • Track pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics and own measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Direct experience working within or selling into CFTC-regulated markets is a hard requirement.
  • Experience at a DCM, FCM, or with CFTC-regulated derivatives products is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of institutional sales or business development experience in financial markets.
  • Demonstrated success closing and managing complex client relationships.
  • CME Group experience as a client, employee, or seller to CME-adjacent firms is a significant plus.
  • Existing network of relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, or institutional market participants in derivatives and/or digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of binary options, derivatives mechanics, or exchange-traded products.
  • Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where market structure is still evolving.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams on regulatory nuances.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex products to sophisticated clients and internal stakeholders.
