Description

  • Lead scientific content development across a range of medical education deliverables.
  • Develop impactful multiformat education for global healthcare professional audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with expert faculty and external stakeholders.
  • Lead faculty calls and educational events with support from client services.
  • Partner with scientific and client services leads to streamline processes and maintain quality standards.
  • Review work and ensure accurate, high-quality scientific output.
  • Contribute strategic insights to identify new business opportunities and solutions.
  • Work with agency leadership to support business growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Travel as needed for educational events.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in medical affairs and/or medical education within a medical communications agency.
  • Experience writing across a broad range of deliverables, formats, and therapy areas for different healthcare professional audiences.
  • Experience reviewing and overseeing other writers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, work proactively to deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality control.
  • Experience developing training materials and/or healthcare professional education is ideal.
  • Experience across multiple therapy areas is an advantage.
  • Strong project leadership skills are highly valued.
  • A creative mindset and flexibility are important.
