Description

  • Build, manage, and optimize Teramind’s network of external content and creative suppliers.
  • Own the end-to-end briefing process for agencies, freelancers, and specialist vendors.
  • Establish quality standards, review processes, and performance benchmarks for supplier output.
  • Manage supplier contracts, budgets, and relationships with a commercial mindset.
  • Onboard new suppliers and maintain a vetted roster of trusted partners across content, design, social, and digital disciplines.
  • Define and steward Teramind’s brand voice across product campaigns, customer stories, thought leadership, editorial, and digital copy.
  • Ensure external partners produce content that is on-brand, on-message, and aligned with Teramind’s cybersecurity positioning.
  • Own the creative pillar of the marketing department, including brand standards, design systems, visual identity, and creative production.
  • Direct external design studios and creative partners to produce assets for campaigns, events, reports, and digital channels.
  • Own the digital measurement framework and use performance data to inform supplier output.
  • Oversee SEO, email performance, platform optimization, and audience segmentation through specialist suppliers.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to ensure content and creative output drives measurable pipeline impact.
  • Own the content calendar across social, email, web, and editorial channels and manage timelines and workloads.
  • Develop influencer and amplification strategies and coordinate external partners to execute them.
  • Partner with Communications to align owned content and earned media strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or integrated marketing.
  • Significant experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and creative suppliers.
  • Proven ability to get exceptional work from external partners through clear briefing, creative direction, and quality control.
  • Deep understanding of content and creative production across editorial, design, video, social, SEO, and email.
  • Experience managing supplier budgets and contracts, with the ability to negotiate and optimize spend.
  • Experience translating complex, technical, or cybersecurity subject matter into clear briefs and compelling output.
  • Track record of building and managing a high-performing supplier ecosystem rather than an internal team.
  • Experience with marketing technology stacks, including project management tools, DAM systems, email platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional briefing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities and hard deadlines.
  • Curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Passion for cybersecurity, data protection, and building a distinctive brand in a competitive market.
