Description

  • Lead and build a new team of 6 Commercial Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to shape and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic prospecting programs to penetrate target accounts in growth industries such as manufacturing, construction, transportation, utilities, municipalities, and hospitality.
  • Coach, train, and develop the sales team on process, skills, best practices, systems, and career progression.
  • Use and deploy modern sales tools including SFDC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Engage, and Einstein Conversation Insights.
  • Track, manage, and report on sales activities and performance in Salesforce.com.
  • Forecast revenue growth by analyzing sales pipeline metrics and deal activity.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell efforts with new clients during the first 12 months.
  • Manage the team to exceed quota while building accountability, productivity, and professional development.
  • Research customer buying trends and marketing campaigns to help the team execute against sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience building a successful team within a SaaS software company.
  • Experience selling or managing a team responsible for generating its own pipeline to achieve bookings targets.
  • Demonstrated success using modern sales prospecting tactics.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets both individually and as a team.
  • Experience selling into one of the core verticals, such as manufacturing, construction, transportation, utilities, municipalities, or hospitality, is especially valued.
  • Experience managing teams or selling into small to mid-sized organizations is especially valued.
  • Strong ability to anticipate problems in a growing organization before they surface.
  • Polished, confident presenter able to support high-visibility initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to motivate others and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced business environment.

  • Annual base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.
