Description

  • Analyze spend, volume, demand, MRP, and supplier data to identify cost drivers, sourcing opportunities, and supply risks.
  • Develop cost models, pricing analyses, should-cost models, and total-cost-of-ownership frameworks.
  • Design and maintain procurement KPI dashboards, reporting frameworks, spend classifications, supplier hierarchies, and data structures.
  • Build and improve datasets, data-collection processes, cleansing solutions, and analytical tools.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and validation of savings and cost changes.
  • Provide market research, inflation trends, commodity and cost-index analysis, and supplier insights to Category Managers.
  • Support RFI/RFP workflows and improve or automate procurement processes where possible.
  • Track supplier performance and develop KPIs and scorecards covering cost, service, quality, and reliability.
  • Support supplier segmentation, procurement program tracking, and visibility into projected versus realized savings.
  • Create executive updates, supplier QBR presentations, and concise materials that communicate analytical insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or analytics.
  • Strong experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, and financial or data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Experience building or improving data structures, reporting frameworks, or analytics capabilities preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Finance on cost tracking, budgeting, or savings validation preferred.
  • Familiarity with commodity markets, cost indices, or supply market analysis preferred.
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools preferred.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing digital or AI-enabled procurement tools preferred; strong communication, ownership, independence, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Salary range of $90,000–$115,000.
