Description

  • Write organized, testable, efficient frontend code with inline documentation.
  • Translate user journeys into mobile-first UI designs aligned with brand standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and the QA feedback cycle.
  • Generate documentation as part of project deliverables.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum process using Atlassian tools.
  • Evaluate and help adopt emerging frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate with a hybrid team across on-site and distributed locations in North America.
  • Handle full-stack tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and Next.js.
  • Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
  • Expert-level HTML/CSS skills and familiarity with frontend build tools such as SASS/LESS, Vite, and Webpack.
  • Deep experience with React-based frameworks such as Next, Remix, Fastify, and Hydrogen.
  • Advanced Shopify development experience, including Shopify CLI, Liquid templates, custom apps, UI extensions, and Shopify functions.
  • Advanced Git experience, including branching and rebasing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
  • Ability to architect systems end-to-end and execute on them.
  • Understanding of OAuth authentication, Auth0, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Basic experience with unit testing, functional testing, and monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise CRM and ERP tools such as Salesforce and SAP.

Benefits

  • Remote work location.
  • Salary range of $97,000 to $112,000.
