Description

  • Write organized, testable, efficient frontend code with inline documentation.
  • Translate user journeys into mobile-first interfaces aligned with brand standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, QA feedback cycles, and Agile/Scrum delivery using Atlassian tools.
  • Create technical documentation as part of software deliverables.
  • Collaborate with hybrid teams across on-site and distributed locations in North America.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging frontend technologies.
  • Complete full-stack development tasks as needed.
  • Architect and build systems end-to-end while supporting website operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and Next.js.
  • Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and frontend build tools such as SASS/LESS, Vite, or Webpack.
  • Deep experience with React-based frameworks including Next.js, Remix, Fastify, or Hydrogen.
  • Advanced Shopify development experience with Shopify CLI, Liquid, custom apps, UI extensions, and Shopify Functions.
  • Advanced Git knowledge, including rebasing and branching strategies.
  • Advanced understanding of CI/CD, OAuth authentication such as Auth0, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to architect systems and deliver them end-to-end using critical and system-level thinking.
  • Basic experience with unit testing, functional testing, and monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
