Description

  • Maintain, enhance, and modernize Delphi (Object Pascal) applications into web architectures.
  • Build and customize Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, and Analytics solutions using Deluge scripts, workflows, and custom functions.
  • Develop scalable full-stack features and backend services with Python/Django or C#/.NET and React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Implement REST APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow/Catalyst integrations across internal and third-party systems.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and maintain data integrity in MS SQL Server and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with product teams and business users to translate requirements into tested and documented code.
  • Use Git version control and CI/CD practices to deliver quality software.
  • Take ownership of production issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional software development experience bridging legacy platforms and modern web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Delphi (Object Pascal) and Zoho platforms, including Deluge scripting and custom workflows.
  • Experience with Python/Django or C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and advanced SQL with MS SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Fluent written and verbal English for collaboration with North American teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and work under senior engineering mentorship.
  • Azure exposure or Zoho certifications preferred.
