Description

  • Own customer problems end-to-end from idea to production.
  • Deliver features even when specifications and acceptance criteria are incomplete or undefined.
  • Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers to shape and ship solutions.
  • Operate within small, highly autonomous teams.
  • Use AI agents for specification drafting, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
  • Improve internal agent networks and development workflows.
  • Move across the stack as needed, including frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure work.
  • Focus on user and business outcomes rather than output volume.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience building a product, system, tool, startup, side project, or meaningful feature.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization with measurable adoption.
  • Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications, including both frontend and backend.
  • Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria.
  • Strong product mindset focused on problems, outcomes, and impact rather than tickets or tasks.
  • Experience working with Go, MySQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Redis is relevant.
  • Experience with Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind CSS, and Cloudflare Workers is relevant.
  • Experience with iOS development using SwiftUI, Xcode, Combine, SPM, and MVVM is relevant.
  • Experience with Android development using Kotlin, Android Studio, Hilt, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM is relevant.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, or Cursor with Composer is relevant.
