Description

  • Coordinate drawing development through schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
  • Translate accreditation and program requirements into buildable, repeatable solutions with Product Security.
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings for constructability and resolve issues before construction.
  • Oversee general contractors and vendors, including schedule tracking, site coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders against design intent and budget.
  • Lead permitting, approvals, submissions, and comment responses.
  • Own projects from early design through turnover, tracking milestones, risks, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor budgets and validate changes.
  • Run project meetings, enforce quality standards, manage punch lists and inspections, and hand off completed spaces to Operations.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of construction and architecture project management experience with direct ownership of drawings and construction execution.
  • Experience coordinating SD, DD, and CD drawing sets and reviewing them for constructability.
  • Experience managing contractors and vendors, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Working knowledge of permitting and approvals processes.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, Google Workspace, and industry-standard drawing-review software.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment, particularly with multi-site or repeatable build programs, preferred.
  • United States citizenship required.
  • Active security clearance preferred; must be eligible and committed to obtaining and maintaining TS/SCI eligibility.
  • Proximity to a major airport preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $140,000–$170,000 USD.
  • Remote or hybrid work arrangement.
  • Travel to project sites of up to 50%.
