Description

  • Identify and understand prospective students’ needs through thoughtful, solution-oriented conversations.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective students by phone, text, and email according to established contact cadences.
  • Qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs and encourage timely application progress.
  • Clearly communicate institutional offerings and differentiators to individual prospects and audiences at virtual and in-person events.
  • Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit.
  • Provide accurate, ethical advice aligned with university policies and procedures.
  • Represent university partners with integrity and act in the best interests of prospective students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; graduate experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales is preferred.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Positive attitude, grit, drive, and persistence.
  • Must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States and reside in the United States throughout employment.
