Description

  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients from kickoff through successful adoption.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to each client’s workflows, processes, and learning needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with client administrators, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Configure client environments, including training matrices, user setup, and implementation requirements.
  • Support data migration of historical training records and other client data from previous systems into the BIS platform.
  • Coordinate onboarding timelines, including training schedules, project milestones, and follow-up meetings.
  • Provide prompt, solution-focused support to clients via phone and email.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges and improve the client experience.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement across onboarding processes, documentation, and educational resources.
  • Support long-term client adoption and success with the BIS Safety Software platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Software Implementation, Training, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or other technology products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementations or projects simultaneously.
  • Experience onboarding mid-market and/or enterprise clients.
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new software platforms.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and occasionally adjust working hours to support clients across different time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and in an approachable way.
  • Highly organized with the ability to balance competing deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and comfort working under pressure.
  • Preferred: experience with change management or data migration projects.
  • Preferred: strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Preferred: French and/or Spanish language skills.
  • Preferred: experience working within Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, EHS, or compliance software.
