Description

  • Research and identify creators and influencers aligned with NoGigiddy’s audience across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
  • Conduct outbound outreach with personalized pitches to secure creator responses and interest.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, including content deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
  • Manage active influencer relationships and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Brief creators on campaign goals, messaging, and compliance requirements.
  • Track campaign performance, including reach, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective and active creator partnerships.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Knowledge of the influencer and creator landscape across major social platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting effective outreach pitches.
  • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Comfort with influencer platforms such as AspireIQ, Creator.co, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with persistence to keep outreach moving.
