Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with podcast hosts, industry influencers, and event organizers.
  • Secure speaking engagements and podcast guest opportunities for the team and clients.
  • Represent Genius Agency AI and its clients with authenticity and enthusiasm.
  • Create and execute outreach strategies that engage podcast hosts and event organizers.
  • Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Use CRM tools, social media, and email marketing software to support outreach efforts.
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive relationship building.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outreach, business development, or marketing, preferably in the podcasting or speaking industry.
  • Strong network within the podcasting community and familiarity with relevant platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling outreach messages that resonate with podcast hosts and event organizers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media, and email marketing software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships and generating opportunities.
