Description

  • Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber list.
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history.
  • A/B test subject lines, send times, and calls to action to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain automated email flows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and offer alerts.
  • Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health.
  • Coordinate with the content team to align email with broader campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to write emails that feel human and engaging.
  • Basic understanding of email metrics, including open rate, click-through rate, and deliverability.
  • Detail-oriented and able to catch errors in mass emails.
  • Comfortable working in templates and making basic HTML email edits.
  • Self-managed and deadline-driven.
