Description

Respond promptly to gig workers’ inquiries through the chat support system.
Resolve gig workers’ concerns, issues, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and efficient support experience.
Stay current on NoGigiddy platform features and partner staffing app functionality.
Help gig workers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
Promote NoGigiddy’s benefits and features to encourage gig worker engagement.
Document complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments.

Requirements

Proven experience as a customer support agent or in a similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, including managing multiple chat conversations efficiently.
Empathetic, customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help gig workers succeed.
Proficient computer skills, including navigating software applications and chat support tools.
Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of productivity and focus.
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
