Description

  • Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts from kickoff through delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs to define objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and success criteria.
  • Align project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines across stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Serve as the primary customer project management contact and build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
  • Capture customer feedback and communicate it internally to inform project execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, deployments, or technical customer projects.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent customer engagements.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communications.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience working with AI, machine learning, data science, or scientific software platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with chemistry, materials science, manufacturing, energy, or industrial software environments is preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers with complex technical implementations is preferred.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or a similar project management certification is preferred.
